You wish to return a defective item or an item you are not happy with
(14 days from the time your order is received)

you haven’t received your order.

  • The item was defective when you received it.

    1. Please fill out the contact form as soon as possible and state the reason for your complaint.
    2. Our Customer Service Department will contact you by email to indicate the return procedure.
    3. Following your wishes, Aldebaran will refund the item or send you a new one.
    4. In both cases, Aldebaran will reimburse you the return fees.

  • You changed your mind and want to return the item. You have 14 days from the time you received your order.

    1. Please fill out the  contact form within 14 days from the time you received your order.
    2. Our Customer Service Department will contact you by email to indicate the return procedure.
    3. You are responsible for paying the return fees.
    4. Aldebaran will refund you for the cost of the item.
    5. All returned items will be subject to inspection. They must be new, unused and in their original state. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, used or dirtied will not be exchanged or eligible for a refund.
    6. If you want another size or different color, you must place a new order.

  • You did not receive your order.
